Positive: Everything! Besides the location being perfect, the villa is very well stocked with beach gear (boogie boards, fins, chairs, coolers, towels), kitchen and laundry also well set up to help you feel right at home. They were also quick to respond when we had questions. -BUT, if your booking and kids plan on having fun at the pool- this is not your place. The rules are very strict at the pool. You can not throw anything, have any floats, etc. There was even a lady out there yelling at the kids to stop. We went once and my 3 year old didn't want to go back.
Negative: The pool rules!! We absolutely loved the villa- but the pool rules would make us not book a vacation there again.
