3 Bedroom House in Brownwood

This ranch style home nestled in a grove of Live, Post and Red Oaks at the back of our property is the perfect get away. 10 minutes away from Brownwood and Lake Brownwood allow you to enjoy the conveniences and benefits of both locations. Comfortable and Quiet. Plenty of outdoor room. Wood floors and tile throughout. Picture windows for a great view of the oak trees and pond. Several porches to sit and enjoy the birds singing or watch the wildlife meander by. Plenty of room to walk about. The house does have a fenced in yard. There are currently cows on the property and they are lots of fun to watch.
Our Kitchen is well stocked. There is a coffee maker, a brand new micro wave oven combo, Jenn Air cook top, new dishwasher and full sized fridge as well as an outdoor grill. If you prefer, there are several great places to eat nearby. The Hideout Restaurant, The Turtle, Humphrey Pete's, and Prima Pasta are good local places. There are also chain restaurants like Chili's, Cotton Patch, Subway, Schlotsky's and McCalister's. Comanche has a great restaurant called The Harvest if you are up for the drive as well as the Brennan Winery.
Three bedrooms - 1 Master King with a Jacuzzi bath and large walk in shower, 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and 1 bedroom with a King. The Queen size and front King bedrooms are separated by a Jack and Jill bathroom with a full sized tub/shower. The living room with the picture windows is sunken (about 4" lower than the rest of the house).
Please No indoor pets or smoking. Wifi is provided. Both TV's are smart TV's. A Roku stick is already set up for Netflix. We do not have cable. There is also a large selection of DVD's for all ages.
Moving to Brownwood or havIng to work in the area??? We have been blessed to have two great groups of long term rentals (3-6 months). We are happy to work with these types of requests.

Summary: We stayed at this property in early May while building roads and clearing brush on our nearby ranch. After toiling in the 100°+ heat all day this was an oasis to return to in the evenings. Plenty of room for 3 adults, well equipped kitchen, lovely outdoor spaces which we used after the sun went down. Excellent communication with the hosts. Would definitely return

Summary: Beautiful country home with plenty of room for two families of four. This house is very clean on the inside and out with a a great view. We spent Memorial Day weekend there to play on the lake and it’s only about 10 miles to the public ramp. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely stay again.

Summary: This place was wonderful! It was so quiet and we had plenty of space. There were so many personal touches throughout the house. Our host thought of everything, even down to having an extra toothbrush for my daughter who forgot to pack hers. Sitting outside on the back patio in the evenings was so nice--the weather was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the sunset and the feeling the breeze. We highly recommend staying here! We had excellent communications with the owners and they were so nice. We look forward to staying here again! Very pleasant stay! A++++ :)

Summary: This is our second time staying at this property, for Thanksgiving...it is feels like our home!! The house is set up with great personal touches by the owner that makes it feel warm, cozy and inviting. Kitchen is well stocked with any silverware, kitchen tool, pots, and pans that you might need to serve or prepare a meal. Kelli is a super duper host...more like family! Beautiful property!
