In addition to the paved ground-floor patio, the home boasts a two-tiered deck with flawless views. Both kids and adults can choose a book off the shelf and enjoy it from the comfort of the second floor's screened porch. Or head up to the top level and bask in one of the lounge chairs - the glass railings mean nothing can obstruct the sight of the boats drifting below.
The house's interior boasts an open concept and tasteful decor. If you want to prepare a homecooked meal, the kitchen is well-equipped with a center island, brand new stainless steel appliances, and various smaller tools like a waffle iron, teapot, and blender.
