Enjoy this wonderful light-filled home with panoramic sea and rural views and large comfortable fully air-conditioned living areas and bedrooms and only 100 meters to the beach.
Ideally designed for two families or groups of friends or for that ideal getaway for two. The home sleeps up to 10 in ultimate comfort and style with four large bedrooms configured as three queen beds and a double and two singles in the fourth bedroom with the convenience of 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
The Space:
The entrance features a vaulted ceiling with two bedrooms downstairs and a large games/rumpus room with an 8 x 4 billiard table and widescreen TV with Netflix and DVD player for your enjoyment and relaxation. Finishing off the ground floor level is a bathroom with bath and large shower alcove, separate vanity area and separate toilet and a large laundry for your use.
Entering the upstairs level you are greeted with picture window views of the stunning beach and ocean coastline sweeping to Encounter Bay. The very large living and dining area has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, large gas hotplate, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine and other kitchen appliances. There is a high chair in the walk in robe. There is a wide screen TV with Netflix, DVD player and free Wi-fi access including a WiFi/Bluetooth sound system.
Just off the kitchen there is a large external all weather alfresco area with see through views to the ocean. The alfresco includes a 6 burner barbecue and dining table.
The large rear balcony has a comfortable external lounge for relaxing and enjoying the ocean and beach views.
The large main bedroom has an ensuite, walk-in robe and TV. All 4 bedrooms feature sea views.
For your comfort there is reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the home
The exterior has landscaped gardens with large lawn areas at the rear for your enjoyment and the double garage is available for your use.

Summary: Great house, wonderfully suited to family groups, lots of space for children, fantastic views, most items supplied. I realise windows / screens are subject to sea spray etc and are difficult to keep clean, but even inside frames as well as outside could do with a really good clean, the screens in particular were dirty, the only disappointment when looking at the view of the sea. We'd definitely book this house again, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Summary: Beautiful property that is wonderfully appointed with everything you could need. Immaculately presented, clean and tidy. Tasteful decor throughout. Our family had a beautiful holiday. The only downside is that the queen bed mattress in front room of bottom floor was too soft which meant not a good sleep. Apart from that it was great.

Summary: The beach house had a very streamline booking and check in process. The house was exactly as described. It was exactly what we needed for a large family with great communal areas and pool room but also separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Great location and awesome sea views. Only slight inconvenience was having to hire linen externally, however this was very easily arranged through Victor Linen. Would definitely recommend this house for families or large groups of friends wanting to spend some time by the ocean.
