Stay with us in Ajijic, it's the perfect setting to enjoy a quiet and relaxing holiday. Enjoy a night of live music in the plaza of this picturesque town or stroll along the lakeside path taking in the views of the largest lake in Mexico.
The Space:
The 2-bedroom, 2-washroom plus Den/sofa bed condo is located on top of a hill that has stunning views of Lake Chapala, Mexico's largest lake. Guests can enjoy the view while sitting on the patio or hot tub, overlooking the infinity solar-heated pool. The condo has an open living room that is connected to a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking or baking needs. The condo is totally self-contained, including a washer and dryer. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a large ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a double-size bed which is comfortable for 2 people. The third bedroom is a den that has a double-size sofa bed.
The large balcony includes a patio table and outdoor seating, as well as a private hot tub to enjoy the lake sunsets.
Leave your car in our private parking and explore everything Ajijic has to offer. The space is ideal for spending time with friends and family. After a spectacular day of outdoor activities, relax in a solar-heated 89-foot infinity pool and dipping pool. Guests will have access to the tennis court, fully equipped gym, the clubhouse which includes pool tables, and a projection room. Our cleaning team disinfects all surfaces and follows COVID-19 cleaning protocols.
Guest Access:
You will have access for entire suite also all the common area , the resort building have including pool , gyms , pool table play room .
How to operate the hot tub:
First activate the black water push to stop water from going then turn on the hot water knob and let it fill.
If you want more hot water let some water drain by deactivating the water push and then activate it again before opening the hot water again.
Common Areas Access Activation Policy:
To ensure a seamless experience in using the common areas, we kindly request that you complete the registration form for access card activation at least 48 hours before your arrival.
As we rely on the administration process for card activation, filling out the form at the last moment may result in the inability to access the common areas during your stay. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are crucial to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests.

The Neighborhood:
Strategically located nearby Ajijic, within short walking distance of malls, restaurants and even a Golf Course. EL DORADO offers you luxury vertical condos, in a secure residential development, featuring the most extensive Five Star Amenities of its class at Chapala Lakeside. You can play a friendly tennis game, take a dive in its large heated infinity pool, or relax in the ample jacuzzi while enjoying the views. Working out in its fully equipped fitness center is also an option, followed by a soothing massage in the spa. There are various decks and terraces for quality "me time", and a spacious club house with pool tables, lounges with wireless internet access, a stage, and a kitchen for fun social events.
Getting Around:
If you get tired of walking, then there is always a bus. The buses run often. Every fifteen minutes a bus will come along. The large buses cost a few pesos more than the smaller ones and they take the direct route. The small buses go around through the towns.
There are always taxis available.
You can get a taxi at the Guadalajara airport from the lakeside area and the cost is around thirty dollars. It takes about twenty-five minutes to get there by taxi. For short trips in town, they charge around four dollars and a little more to go from Ajijic to Chapala or Jocotopec.
If you are coming for a visit to explore the area and don't want to go by bus or taxi, you can rent a car. Prices are reasonable if renting locally, however prices do increase when renting new vehicles at the airport. For a day, it costs from sixty to seventy dollars.

- Please be aware that we will send a secure link called "Restavio Guest Verification" to confirm your identity and offer additional protection during your stay. It's important to complete this process prior to your check-in date to avoid automatic reservation cancellation and a 7% booking fee.
A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
1. No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
2. No illegal drugs
3. No party or gathering of any sort. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
4. No pets are allowed, except for service dogs. Please notify us in advance if you will be accompanied by a service dog to receive information on house rules and better assistance before your check-in.
5. Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay at all times, extra visitors must be requested. Please do not exceed the maximum capacity of guests at all times.
6. 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
7. Please turn off the AC when you go out.
8. Cooking essentials provided: Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.
9. Hanging clothes on the windows, balconies, or in the common areas is not permitted.
10. We do not provide tennis rackets, tennis balls, or any other amenities related to the use of the court tennis courts, the gym, and the pool.
Please note: The oven and dishwasher are currently unavailable for use.
OTHER RULES APPLY:
Tower & Clubhouse Regulations:
1. No unregistered guests are allowed.
2. No glass near the pool area.
3. The Clubhouse is a meeting area for all residents and their guests, open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and limited to 6 people in the pool area
4. Use the Clubhouse at your own risk; El Dorado Condominium is not liable for accidents due to misuse or disruptive behavior.
5. Follow instructions from administrative or Security staff, with access revocation for non-compliance.
6. Appropriate attire is required in the Clubhouse; no swimsuits in the pool area.
7. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
8. Individuals who are ill, intoxicated, on drugs, or causing disruptions will be asked to leave the pool area.
9. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Clubhouse and common areas.
10. Pets are not allowed in the Clubhouse area and must not be harmful or cause disturbances.
11. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area. Remove all trash and food, including from the refrigerator, when leaving the Clubhouse.
12. Food and beverages are not allowed on the pool tables.
13. After playing pool, rack the balls and return the cues to the racks.
14. Use the facilities appropriately; jumping balls on the pool table or sitting on the edge of the table is strictly prohibited.
15. The BBQ area is located on the 6th floor of Torre del Dorado and is available for guest use. To ensure availability, guests must check with the building administrator between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. to confirm if the BBQ area is reserved. The space is ideal for outdoor gatherings, offering a pleasant ambiance for cooking and socializing. Please remember to adhere to the building's rules and regulations while using the facility.
EL DORADO POOL RULES
 Pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
 There are no lifeguards at El Dorado, so use of the pool is at your own risk.
 The condominium will not be responsible for damage to third pares or their belongings.
 All pool users are requested to shower before entering. Please use the poolside shower.
 Oils, creams, or soaps are not allowed in the pool.
 Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult both in the clubhouse and in the
pool.
 Infants in diapers must wear special water-resistant diapers.
 Swimsuits must be worn to enter the pool.
 Wet clothes are not permied in the clubhouse. Shirts or other dry coverings are required to prevent
sunscreen from staining the furniture.
 Eang or drinking in the pool is prohibited. Drinks may only be consumed in unbreakable containers on
the pool deck.
 Food is only allowed at the tables on the deck or inside the clubhouse.
 No one may enter the pool with open wounds, sores, or infecons. Anyone who appears intoxicated, ill,
under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who displays disorderly behavior will not be permied to
use the pool.
 Diving is not permied in the pool.
 Only personal floats are allowed in the pool. Throwing anything into the pool is prohibited.
 Running, yelling, or boisterous play is prohibited in the pool area, clubhouse, or deck.
 Smoking is prohibited in the pool, clubhouse, or deck.
 Playing music on any device is prohibited unless headphones are used.
 Music may be played with permission from management for classes such as Aquafit etc.
 Pets are not allowed in the pool, pool area, or clubhouse.
 With the excepon of portable electronic devices, electrical appliances are not permied in the pool
area.
 Chairs and tables cannot be reserved when leaving the pool area. You must be present to use the
umbrellas, chairs, and tables.
EARLY CHECK-IN, LATE CHECK-OUT, LUGGAGE DROP-OFF REQUEST:

3.⁠ ⁠Luggage Drop-Off Service:
* Luggage drop-off is available from 12:00 PM *with prior approval*.
* Please request approval in advance to confirm availability.
* Without confirmation, luggage cannot be dropped off before the official check-in time.
* Additional fees may apply for this service.
* Please store luggage in the designated area and avoid placing food in the fridge until check-in.
