Summary: Very comfortable clean room, loved the decoration. Breakfast was good with plenty of fruit available. Tom, the host made me feel very welcome, enjoyed my stay at 23A. Already booked to return next year.

Summary: Tom was very welcoming and hospitable, even the dog liked him. The accommodation was in the centre of the town so it was easy to walk to the bar next door or the fish and chip shop. A continental breakfast is included, croissants, toast, cereal and an abundance of teas or coffee. We had a very long and busy day the next day otherwise we would have stayed and enjoyed them. The bedroom is well equipped with teas, coffees and hairdryer. Very comfy bed I might add.

Summary: Clean, comfortable accommodation on a work trip to the area. Made to feel very welcome and comfortable and host kindly went the extra mile in returning a phone charger I'd left - before I'd even realised I'd left it!
