Positive: A lovely property to stay, unfortunately we were only here for 1 night so didn't get to enjoy it as much as we'd of liked. Excellent location by the water and we had great weather on arrival. Extras like chocolates on the bed and real milk in the fridge was welcomed.

Negative: We received a few videos prior to checkin which was great, it would have been nice to get the instructions for the garage door at this time also instead of finding them in the house.

Positive: The location is superb - across the road from the beautiful swan river. Close to shopping facilities, train station and the freeway. Cleanliness of the property could not be faulted. A well equipped kitchen (with all the cutlery, crockery, utensils and basic supplies you could wish for … even a packet of Tim Tams!) The fridge had lots of bottled water and several types of milk in it. And best of all - Kalinda - the wonderful host who was the best communicator, which we appreciated. We highly recommend this place & look forward to staying here again in the future.

Positive: Absolutely everything! Every small detail was taken care of. I wish I went there first before I shopped. I’m so used to having to buy everything when I stay anywhere, but Kalindi made sure it was a home away from home and the communication was impeccable. It was one of the most inviting, comfortable and warmest homes I’ve ever stayed in. I can’t wait to come back and can’t recommend a stay here highly enough.

Negative: That I had to leave it!

Summary: I don’t want this little gem to be well known or it will be booked out when I go to stay again!

Positive: The property manager would have to be the first ‘like’ and close second was it being perfectly positioned to sit in the undercover patio for people watching but also LOVED it just being across the road from the river shore line 😍

Negative: Couple of hot spots around the home due to it being a 40 degree day - but that’s just me being very picky to try to supply some sort-of feedback.

Summary: We loved it and my daughters had the BEST 11th Airbnb Birthday!🎈
