Positive: Excellent location. Situated about 15 minutes from Oxwich, Three Cliffs and Rhossilli in various directions. Close to some lovely pubs/restaurants.
Negative: Beds and sofa's could have been a bit more comfortable.
Summary: Lovely stay at 24 GHV. It was clean & it had everything you need for self-catering break

Positive: Very comfortable, with a parking space. Has everything you need. A great location for the Gower Coast, plenty to explore.
Negative: It needed a little work, the doors needed painting. It also needed a better clean as my lip balm rolled under the bed, when I retrieved it, it was covered in dust on a non carpet floor. We had to remove bedding before we left, which was fine except one duvet had a stain and the other was looking very tired. It does need WiFi as some mobile networks will struggle to get a signal.
Summary: It was a lovely little bungalow that just needed a bit of TLC

Positive: Pool and park for the kids, good location of property.
Negative: No coffee or milk provided as it said there eould be. From eye level down was clean but look up and every ceiling all around was full and i mean full of spider webs and spiders, alive and dead, so i had to clean all away because my partner and daughter were freaking out.

Positive: Very good location, nice bungalow, well equipped with everything you need.
Negative: The heating was off when we arrived and the place was freezing cold. It was very difficult to heat it up to a comfortable level.

Positive: Accommodation was as described. Perfect location for walking the Gower coastal path. The facilities were good and comfort of the main bed was great, though the twin beds were a little hard. The owner was very helpful when we had difficulties accessing the property and with a heating issue.
Negative: Lack of WIFI was a little tricky, though we knew it was not available. Also perhaps more comfortable mattresses in the twin room would be good.
