This beautifully situated two-person Tiny House is located directly on the water of the Vinkeveense Plassen. In the garden is a lovely, wood-fired "Barrel Sauna" and a wood-fired hot tub. Here you can fully enjoy the tranquility and wellness facilities. The location is very quiet, there is no traffic here. The Tiny House is within walking distance (500m) of the public road where there is a wide variety of terraces and restaurants. Shopping day? Utrecht and Amsterdam can both be reached within twenty minutes!
Layout
This Tiny House consists of one space for living sleeping and cooking. The open kitchen has a two-person dining area, dishwasher, four-burner stove, kettle, refrigerator, Nespresso and combination microwave. You sleep on a luxurious double box spring combination. There is a luxurious bathroom with rain shower, washbasin and a separate toilet. Outside you have a lovely waterfront terrace and a wood-fired hot tub and a wood-fired "barrel sauna." The sauna is shared with the adjacent house. You can park in the central parking lot of Watersportcentrum Proosdij. There are two bicycles and two scooters at the house that you can use for free. There is also a SUP board available for joint use with the cottage next door.

Vinkeveen is known as that beautiful village by the water. The Vinkeveense Plassen therefore offer plenty of opportunities for water recreation. The unique twelve sandy islands are all accessible by water, and five you can reach by car. Snorkelling, sailing, canoeing or maybe even wakeboarding? It's all possible at the Vinkeveense Plassen. The village lies on the edge of Het Groene Hart, a peat meadow area. A real counterpoint to the urban area surrounding it. Near Vinkeveen are castles, forts and windmills that you can visit.
