Positive: The location was nice and quiet
Negative: Couldn't use the shower en suite as the shower head wouldn't tighten and stay in place ( wife is semi paralysed) and only as the use of one arm . Tv in bedroom wouldn't hold a station it was fuzzy. A strip on wood between the dining room and lounge ( on the floor was loose) The main bedroom bedroom was very creecky every time you moved .

Positive: The house was perfect for our stay for the Goodwood festival of speed. Everything about it was perfect. My daughter left her kindle at the accommodation so we phoned the number given which was the cleaner. She could not do enough to help us. She was a total angel. I thank her from the bottom of my heart for sorting it and returning it to us which we received today. What an asset she is to you . Everything was clean. Everything you need for a perfect stay

Positive: Beautiful, comfortable, spacious house. Well equipped. Nice garden with big parasol. Very clean. Great location. Big TVs. Nkce bathrooms..Would definitely recommend.
Negative: Very, very minor but was worried we may trip over wooden strip in doorway of livingroom especially my older mum.

Positive: Great location, in the middle of an island in a very quiet and residential location. My family really enjoyed sitting in the living room and having great views of the garden.
Negative: One annoying thing was that the beds didn't have any sheets. It was just a blanket, that's it. It was very difficult to communicate with the host. I messaged them through the booking platform and they kept asking me to create an account through sykes cottages to communicate with them which I didn't want to do since I booked though booking and not sykes cottages. When I created an account in the sykes cottage surprise surpise, my booking couldn't be found because you guessed it, it had been booked through booking. That was the most frustrating bit of the whole experience.
Summary: My family was very pleased with the stay. It is a big house yet it felt very cozy.
