Summary: The rooms were filthy- stains everywhere and on everything. I had to wash all kitchenware before use because it was so dirty. I was going to run a load of dishes before I checked out, but the dishwasher was full of stank, stale water. There were stains on everything in this room. Additionally, I went down to the front desk to ask to extend my checkout from 11 am until 1pm for late check out. She told me they wouldn’t be able to do that, and that they could only extend it for “an hour.” I was happy with that, and expected to pay the $50 late fee. I was then met at my room by two different people 15 minutes apart. The woman who I spoke to at the front desk told me she said “11:30,” which is simply not true. She said “an hour.” So they basically kicked me out of the room after promising it to me for an extra hour. On the plus side, they didn’t charge me their egregious rate of $50/hour (that I know of yet), and the location is great. Located right near metro stations, cafes, food, dupont circle, and georgetown. Definitely a great area to stay in, but not a great hotel.

Summary: Pros: The staff was amazing and very friendly!! They were always more than happy to help and said hello and welcome back everytime we walked in or left. They had laundry we could use with free detergent and free dryer sheets. They held our luggage after checkout while we toured the city some more. Plus I like that there was no daily housemaid service as I prefer no one come in my room. If you needed towels or anything they were more than happy to get you whatever you needed.

Summary: This place was in a veey safe walkable area. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The offiste parking garage at varsity that the stafg helped me find was a good price and not far.

Summary: Awesome stay there to roam Washington DC with my family and parents. Staffs were great and parking is just backside of the facility. It has kitchen and utensils so no need to carry anything if you are planing to stay there for longer and cook by yourself. Across the road there is grocery shop and you will get everything what you need including bouquets, wine beers and all food items. Awesome place.
