Welcome to Pool Haus, a major renovation was completed in 2020 of this 3000 square foot home on an acre of private grounds. Pool Haus was designed to be your family vacation retreat. Featuring 3 en-suite master bedrooms, two additional private bedrooms, two additional full bathrooms, a pool, fire pit, an eight-person tub, indoor/outdoor entertainment center and dedicated bar area, Pool Haus has room for the whole family.
Located off the upstairs living room, the entertainment center starts in the game room with a seven-foot pool table, ping pong table and a 65 inch flat-screen HDTV perfect for movies or sports. One wall of the game room is a glass garage door that opens onto one of Pool Haus' several patios and another wall is a giant blackboard for your creative leanings or really big messages. The entertainment center patio faces out over the pool, and hot tub and hosts a concrete bar that seats eight, a Char Broil brand Grill and massive party cooler.
The open-plan Pool Haus kitchen is brand new and fully-equipped with a giant quartz topped island that seats six. The formal dining table which overlooks the pool and backyard has seating for another ten people.
There are two living rooms at the Pool Haus, both equipped with flat screen HDTV's. The downstairs living room is adjacent to the bar area. The full wet bar has its own fridge, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, sink and storage. There are 2 bar tables and stools providing seating for up to eight people. The downstairs living room has three sets of sliding glass doors connecting the living room to the main deck, backyard and hot tub. The open plan upstairs living room with vaulted ceiling connects the kitchen to the formal dining area and the entertainment center patio.
All five of the bedrooms are luxuriously appointed with soothing colors, luxury bedding and ample storage. Each bedroom has its own flat screen HDTV. The downstairs master bedroom also has its own patio complete with ceiling fan.
The five baths are all brand new, modern luxury baths. The three master baths are equipped with double sinks and oversized showers.
The hot tub, located by the main deck, is a brand new, state of the art model with built-in color lighting for those late-night soaks. For convenience, the hot tub is also equipped with an electric cover. The Pool, which is steps from the main deck, has its own concrete deck with eight lounges, chairs, tables and umbrellas ensuring a good time for sun bathers and swimmers. The pool is secured by a safety fence to prevent little ones from entering on their own. We have provided a cooler with wheels in the downstairs bar so you can bring your waters and other non-glass enclosed beverages straight down to poolside for the afternoon.
Should you decide to leave the quiet and seclusion of Pool Haus and explore, Pool Haus is located in Fletcher, North Carolina, in the foothills of the legendary Blue Ridge Mountains. Pool Haus is just minutes away from the renowned 12 Bones Smokehouse and brewery (the favorite of at least one past President). Within twenty easy minutes are the Sierra Nevada Brewery, the quaint but cool town of Hendersonville, the world-famous Biltmore Estate and Biltmore Village. The heart of downtown Asheville is thirty minutes door-to-door from the Pool Haus. Hiking, biking (road and trail), running, golfing, river rafting and more are all nearby to the Pool Haus and easily arranged. By special arrangement we can provide for private chefs, massages, groceries, food tours and the like.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.
Pool open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend annually. NOTE: Our goal is to have an extended pool season, please reach out to confirm pool availability.
