Positive: Thank goodness for the fire place it was very wintery conditions all weekend. We were very grateful for the nice warm fire.
Negative: We found the communication poor. We needed to adjust our booking our requests were ignored until I phoned 3 days later. We were unsure weather linen available meant if it was included in the price or an extra fee as it didn’t say. Same with the cleaning.

Positive: Excellent property for family with dogs. We’ll fenced and easy care. Fabulous wood fire.
Negative: One of the “bedrooms” is actually the living room. This is very unfortunate (and noisy for anyone sleeping in here). The bedroom with single beds is tiny and is very difficult to even move between the beds. Bed are comfortable however and all facilities functional. The property could do with some maintenance.
