Summary: We really liked this house using it as a hub to go visit 6 different states. The rooms were well suited for the group of 8 of us and having 3 bathrooms was a plus. I would stay here again.

Summary: The house was very clean. All bathrooms and bedrooms were A+ We appreciated everything that was supplied with the house. Although there is a hiking trail nearby, I would have like a little area around the home to sit outside.As we explored the Boston and Quincy areas we found both cities the cleanest and safest we have ever visited. Thank you a most memorable time.

Summary: Overall, we enjoyed this house. The place was clean and it had a pretty good layout (as long as you don't mind stairs). The bathrooms were a little small, but there were 4 of them which was important for 9 people. It has plenty of private parking. The walking path is mentioned in the listing, but it is just a dirt path through some trees and residential areas. It's about 30 minutes to Boston and 45 min-1 hr to Cape Cod. It served us well as a home base to explore the coast of Massachusetts.
