THE GROUNDS
Relax and immerse yourself in this unforgettable gated waterfront estate. With a serene setting, tropical gardens, palm trees, water views, expansive lawns, nearly 10,000 square feet of outdoor space & priceless location, this is the ideal single-level estate to share unforgettable memories with the entire family.
Upon arrival you will enter private gates with an expansive driveway and parking for multiple vehicles. Off the front entry are 2 bedrooms. Further down the hallway is a fully stocked family style kitchen with separate dining area. 2 additional bedrooms are each equipped with queen sized beds and share a jack-n-jill bathroom, while the master retreat includes an ensuite bathroom, king sized bed, and water views. The living room features a 75" Samsung TV & multiple seating areas and doors that will seamlessly lead to the spacious rear yard. *Please note the gas fireplace is turned off for safety & liability reasons.
Step into your outdoor bay facing yard and be greeted by and expansive lawn & separate tiled patio area, bordered by an amazing 57' of water frontage. The grassy front lawn will lure you through our gates directly to a white sandy beach and swim friendly bay. Also in the rear yard take advantage of our soaking hot tub, multiple seating areas, and beach gear/toys. This is the ideal place for entertaining, BBQ'ing, sipping pina coladas, and soaking up the San Diego sun!

• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• EVENTS | Parties, large gatherings or events of any kind, including but not limited to business retreats, bachelor(ette) parties or pre/post wedding celebrations, are not permitted onsite. This rental is not intended for gatherings of anyone except those who have paid to occupy the property.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
