There are also 2 family bathrooms upstairs.
just a stone's throw to the Dalyan River and town, with fantastic views of the magnificent mountain range. Ideal for large families or groups that want the benefits of a private villa but close to town for access to everything. The large pool has roman steps, a shallow area. There are plenty sunbeds, sun umbrellas, a poolside shower and BBQ with outside seating.
The kitchen and lounge are open plan and feature in the centre of the villa with double patio doors leading out to the large terrace and pool. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, water cooler, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, microwave and a dining tables to accommodate all people which can be moved outside allowing for families to enjoy al fresco dinning .A large circular breakfast bar extends from the kitchen.
The lounge area has comfy sofas, air con, free Wi-Fi, large TV, with music channels. Primarily Turkish channels with BBC, CNN world news.
For the cooler months all new air conditioning has been installed which operate both cool and hot. Located in the lounge is a large wood burning fire allowing this villa to be available all year round.
The ground floor has 4 bedrooms all with en suites. 2 bedrooms located on the west wing and 2 on the east wing.

This villa can be divide into 3 separate accommodation. Downstairs with the 4 bedrooms/bathrooms.
2 APARTMENTS... Available for individual bookings located on the first floor of the villa.
A double staircase takes you to the first floor where there are 2 apartments each with 3 double bedrooms. East and west wings have 1 large family bathroom.
Each apartment have kitchenettes with sinks and gas hobs. Microwave can be provide if required. Open plan also with lounge, wall mounted TV's and central wood burners for the cooler months. Again all rooms have newly installed air conditioning units providing cooling and heat. From each of the rooms on the first floor are balconies. The balcony from each lounge offers a shared balcony and from the bedrooms a private balcony. The bedrooms to the rear of the villa also have balconies. The second bedroom out of the 3 bedrooms does not have a balcony.
The first floor apartments can be booked individually for families or groups up to six guests. Or families / groups can book both apartments accommodating up to 12 guests. Full use of all facilities would be available to all guests in the villa.
The ground floor with 4 double bedrooms and en suites can also be booked as individual rooms accommodating up to 8 guests. Guests will also have access to all facilities.
In each first floor apartment you will find a safe, also on the ground floor both west and east wing have safes located in one of the bedrooms.
This villa as undergoing a full renovation and significant upgrades for the summer 2021/22 season.
