Welcome to Coolidge, Arizona the perfect location to start your Arizona journey. We are in between Phoenix and Tucson, approx 40 minutes to each airport in the heart of Pinal County. Minutes from San Tan Valley, Chandler and Casa Grande. Minutes from the Country Thunder music festival and the Casa Grande Ruins national park. Our space is modern and spacious featuring all new stainless steel appliances and vaulted ceilings. Fully stocked, everything you need is right here.

The pool is now heated year round! The complex has every imaginable amenity including a gym, swimming pool, basketball court, BBQ ramada and 3 park spaces all available for guest enjoyment. Summary: The property was not what we expected. We had a hard time finding the unit and after 3 calls to the 24/7 hotline we found it without their help. The unit was not the number we were given and we finally found a map near the community building. The surrounding neighborhood is very questionable. The outside seating area had not been cleaned a there was old coffee cups let out there from previous renters. The dishwasher was kind of broken but with some messing with the parts we were able to get it to work. The giant water stain on the kitchen ceiling was unappealing. Laundry worked great! The owners were very responsive when messaged so that was a plus.

Summary: Great place except for a couple of things. Barely one roll of cheap toilet paper supplied. When I asked, I was informed that extra was not supplied. Clearly stated in rental booklet inside property that 2 rolls were supplied. Also, kitchen ceiling has gross stain/ leak as focal point. Neighborhood is questionable at best.

Summary: We stayed for 2 nights. Upon entering there were broken blinds and some vertical slats missing from the slider, bathroom light was not working, the glass slider didn't lock and the TV didn't load half the time. For the amount of money I spent, I expected better!! I would not recommend.

Summary: Great overall. Could fix a few things like the water spot in the ceiling over the sink. Could have cooled down the place a couple hours upon arrival, it was 90 degrees inside when we got there. But overall it was a nice place

Summary: Had an amazing experience staying here. Owners are very welcoming and helpful. Property is near apartments but you have your own secluded area. Beautiful and sufficient vacation rental! Would definitely come back for another stay.

Summary: The overall stay was really good. There were a few glitches. We were given the wrong apartment number and had to try both doors to get into the property. The trash had not been emptied. We had to buy trash bags as none were supplied. The mattress in the front bedroom left much to be desired. I think it was one you buy on line that comes rolled up in a box. We discovered after the first night it was placed on the bed upside down so we were sleeping on springs. After turning the mattress over and putting 4 comforters on the mattress we were able to sleep. On a positive note the area was very quiet and we felt safe there. Other than unemptied trash the condo was very clean.

Summary: Property was not freshened up prior to my arrival. I needed to dust surface areas, sweep up black beetles daily & wash floors. There is no vacuum cleaner available in the unit. There is a mop & pail and a broom & dust pan. I arrived during a weekend when the office was closed but did not receive an access code to the front door until I made a series of calls to Expedia & Home Away. Experienced communication problem until I was transferred to an English speaking customer care person with Home Away. The pool was already closed for the season during my stay. Other amenities in the unit were available including laundry soap, household cleaning products, toilet paper, hair dryer, extra blankets & garbage bags. Pillows & beds are not comfortable. Black beetles was a daily problem despite treatment with insect pesticide. Window sill was covered with cob webs and maintenance did not clean despite my complaint. This was very disappointing considering one has to pay a cleaning charge.
