Summary: Nice house located just off the beaten path. 15 mins from downtown Austin. Stayed here with the family during the F1 weekend. Easy to get all over Austin and a quiet place to recharge.

Summary: We spent a week at the house while seeing sites around Texas. We came for the eclipse in Austin and viewed it from the deck in the backyard of the house! Besides Austin, we drove thru the hill country, visited Fredericksburg, and visited San Antonio. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood just off of I-35 making it easily accessible. It is 20 minutes from Austin airport - 10 minutes to downtown Austin, 1 1/2 hours to Fredericksburg, and just over an hour to San Antonio. The house had all the things we needed and was as comfortable as being home. The owner was easily reachable by text and responded quickly. I made some suggestions as to what they could provide for others in the future and they were very open to them. It has two bedrooms and two baths (the master bedroom and bath recently renovated). It has a large living and dining room, and a full kitchen with a family size dining table. The backyard, with deck, provided a nice outdoor retreat. I would highly recommend this place for small families or two couples. The bonus - a garage you can actually park in!
