Positive: The property was incredibly clean, and a convenient location.

Negative: Not much wrong with the properly. It might be nice if there was like a deck of cards or a board game in the cupboard. Plus the baking sheet was starting to rust, so I just heated stuff up in the microwave instead of the oven.

Positive: The apartment we stayed in was clean & sharp; included all basic necessities & a private entrance. Always nice to have a kitchen with full size appliances & a washer & dryer! My kids who are 22 & 16 years old enjoyed staying at this apartment very much & much preferred it over to staying at a hotel room. Andersonville neighborhood is very nice & quiet; many trees & sidewalks. Beautiful homes, restaurants, grocery, fast food & local shops. The property was within walking distance to our concert venue.

Negative: Initially there were communication issues since my original booking date, which was approximately 3 months before stay. I had been receiving emails to my inbox from Booking.com but emails directly from this property owner for some reason were going into my spam inbox. Unfortunately, two months had gone by since booking & I hadn’t been answering the property owner’s emails; by chance I happened to look at my spam inbox & there were only the 3 most recent emails from the property owner & the most recent one was saying that they were releasing my booking. This caused me much turmoil since we were planning to travel & stay at the property in a month. With the help of Booking.com customer service I was able to confirm/validate that my booking at this property was still valid & I was then able to go through this property owner’s “screening processes”; which goes well for the most part so long as everyone is on the same communication platform. Much of the communication with the property is via e-mail & some texting & phone calls. I also had issues with my credit union allowing the payment transaction & still not sure why?; resorted to my Wells Fargo account & the payment transaction went through just fine. Just make sure payment for the property processes appropriately prior to arrival.

Positive: The apartment itself is very good. Great location, comfortable bed, very clean and quiet. The apartment is below ground level and a little dark, but that didn't matter since we were really only there to sleep. It would comfortably hold 3 adults, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We felt extremely safe.

Negative: The check-in process is still very stressful. Check-in instructions weren't sent until one hour AFTER the check-in time, despite repeated emails. Although I had gone through a "vetting" process electronically, including sending pictures of my drivers license and credit card, earlier in the week, I was told several hours before check-in that we could not receive check-in instructions because the "credit card details hadn't appeared." Once we had instructions, they were not really accurate. However, the video they included was very helpful and it all worked out in the end.

Summary: Great property but difficult check-in procedures. On balance, though, would stay there again.

Positive: the property was clean, nice and comfortable

Negative: the only thing I didn’t like was the poor customer service and the way they handled the verification and check in process. the verification should’ve been done prior to my arrival but I didn’t hear from them so I assumed everything was set to go. I arrived at the property at 3pm to check in but I couldn’t get in. I called the numbers severally before someone picked up and said they’ll have to verify my identity first. The whole verification process took about 2 hours and all that time I was standing outside the property in the rain. I got wet, my bags got wet and I got a cold. I expressed my disappointment and I didn’t get an apology for the shabby customer service. I couldn’t get to enjoy my stay because of how sick I felt.
