Positive: The location was fantastic. Good apartment, with good equipment ie washing machine, airer, etc.
Negative: The bathrooms and kitchen needed cleaning properly. There was also no hot water.
Summary: Great price, fantastic location, just needed a good clean. But bedrooms and towels were very clean.

Positive: Initially we struggled to find entry to the lift, but cleaners nearby helped and finally security officer was very helpfully. the key and security access were very much prepared and explained where were kept. made easy!
Negative: As cold season started, water in bathrooms took longer time to warm and not exceeded 40degC. Thus, resulting into a lots of water wastage until you get warm water for shower. This can be improved, I'm sure a lot of water will be saved!

Positive: Traveling with children, we always pick space over amenities, so this apartment was perfect for us. You could tell that the apartment has just been updated, so there was a mix of fresh and not as fresh. However, the overall feel of the place was nice. The location and the view were golden. The swimming pool was really handy too, although it was out of order one of the days.
Negative: The communication was somewhat missing, having to ask for the check-in and check out info myself. Also the apartment was pretty dirty - lots of construction dust everywhere, hair in the bathroom, speckles on the mirrors etc.
