Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in the Sand Dune Suite on the 2nd floor in Norfolk, VA.
Located on the beautiful Ocean View Beach in Norfolk, VA, this suite is a professionally managed, freshly renovated and stylishly furnished 2-bed/1-bath vacation rental condo. The pool and laundry room are communal.
**Strict no party policy** (see house rules below for additional details)
The Space:
Bedroom 1: First Bedroom has a queen size bed
Bedroom 2: Second Bedroom has a queen size bed
*There is no ramp or elevator in this house.
There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with high-speed wifi.
The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.
Guest Access:
Access is by private door with door code.
Guests will have the entire house to themselves.
The Neighborhood:
This property is central to all local Ocean View restaurants.
Getting Around:
Guests are given one parking spot in the parking lot.

House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking of any kind. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy of 4 will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Quiet hours run from 11pm - 8am (this is a multi-unit, family friendly property)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• This building is monitored by external security cameras
• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.
READ CAREFULLY: This property has a swimming pool, which has NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY and poses a
serious risk of personal injury and/or property damage to all who use it or the surrounding area. By
booking this property, the guest acknowledges and agrees that any and all use of the pool by the guest
or the guest’s party will be AT the GUEST’S OWN AND SOLE RISK.
Use of the swimming pool is at the tenants/guests' own risk. An adult must be present at all times. Tenants and guests must practice reasonable caution when using the pool/hot tub. The host/property manager is in no way responsible for injuries incurred by tenants or guests while using the pool.The Pool is not guaranteed to sustain any constant temperature due to weather and other natural causes. The host/property manager is not responsible for any loss of use that may result from weather, maintenance, or any other circumstance that might deem the pool temporarily unusable. All necessary maintenance/repairs to the pool or spa will be the responsibility of the property owner, except when such repairs are due to negligence or misuse by the guest. The guest will be held responsible for any damage caused to the pool, cleaners, equipment, or surrounding area and charged for the correction of the problem.

Summary: Very convenient to the beach and not too far from restaurants, etc. As others have said, the road is busy and loud but thats beyond the control of the owners. You are also at the mercy of others staying in the building but again, the owners cant control that. Properly supplied and nice enough without breaking the bank.

Summary: Cute unit, needs some TLC. sticking doors, lack of places to plug in chargers at the bedside, some bedside lamps don't even have a good place to plug in. 3 night stay with 2 people, and only given 2 bath, hand and wash towels. Need more towels. Loud with road right beside the building, loud with other units, loud with rodents in the attic. However, we enjoyed our stay, and would return to a unit further off the road.

Summary: While first a little hesitant because of prior reviews about the door not locking properly. After leaving the unit I just want to say this was a splendid place to stay and supported myself and my wife as well as my parents and dogs perfectly. This little two bedroom unit was great for a extended weekend getaway and would be a lovely place for anyone looking for a nice relaxing beach trip. The unit was clean and secure and the free laundry access was very useful. Being located directly on the beach and having a nice pet friendly area was a huge perk too. Nice pool area and Washing / Rinsing area to wash toys, chairs, and pets off with was great! All in all 10 / 10 stay!

Summary: the place was clean, looked like the pics. right on the bay which was great. minor issues include: door to building not secure, held closed by duct tape but after a few trips in and out it would just open without needing the code, fine for us for one night but wouldn’t wanna stay long in a place where anyone could enter the building. they should fix that. also bathroom door sticks a little, and the majority (but not all) of the outlets are two pronged, so can make plugging in your things tricky. balcony was nice

Summary: We had a great experience with the rental unit and the location. A few steps to what almost felt like a private beach. Many times there was over a football field between us and the next people. We would definitely do this again.

Summary: This property is in a good central location as the listing describes. This condo was very dirty, I expect some evidence of pets in a pet friendly rental however the smell of animal urine on the carpets and sofa was nearly unbearable. Luckily, we spent very little time indoor. The other negative was that the pool area was also very dirty as well as overflowing trash cans in the parking area that doubles as beach access. Could be great, unfortunately would not recommend staying here unless there are some changes in the cleaning process or replacement of carpet/furniture.
