Relax in this ocean block, 4 BR/2.5 BA with ocean view. This spacious beach cottage enjoys the use of three decks. It sleeps eight people maximum in one king, one queen, and two sets of twin beds.
There is a comfortable living room, dining area for eight, and central AC. There is parking for up to six cars, an outdoor covered table and charcoal barbeque, outdoor shower, washer/dryer. There is an unoccupied, off limits owner suite on the third level. It is never occupied when renters are present.
Included with your booking are seven different activity passes EVERY DAY within 30 minutes of most homes. Every day, you will receive one pass per activity:

Summary: What a perfect place to spend time at the beach. The location is outstanding, just a short walk across the street to the beach. Four bed house makes it perfect for a family. Kids love the "twisty" stairs to the upper level for a great view of the area.

Summary: Beach was steps away. You could view the ocean from all decks. Outside shower and lower level bathroom were convenient. Roomy for the 8 of us. Furniture w a little dated. No fans in the bathrooms or kitchen was inconvenient. Adequate parking.

Summary: We had a great week at this property! Close to Bethany and a quiet neighborhood. Only one house back from the sandy beach. The house was roomy, with three decks, all of which had an ocean view. We will be back!

Summary: Everything was fantastic. Lots of little extras like umbrellas, chairs, extra deck furniture cushions, etc. we used the last of the grilling charcoal but contributed dishwasher soap, laundry soap, and kitchen tras bags for the next renters to compensate. Only tiny issue…one of the pull-out plastic produce drawers in the refrigerator developed a crack. Drawer is fully functional. We removed the drawer and super-glued the crack; then let it sit for24 hours. We put it back in and it worked good as new for our last four days.

Summary: We had another wonderful vacation at the Kaplan's house. We love the views from multiple decks especially for the sunrise. The house is well equipped and maintained. The upgrades were duly noted. The walk to the beach is our favorite part. We would recommend this to any family of 8!

Summary: What a perfect location! Loved the convenience to the beach entrances! A little dated but a great place to stay. There was house construction going on all week across the street, which was no fault of the property, but was a little distracting. Overall I would highly recommend!

Summary: The location of the house was great for easy access to the beach. The neighborhood was kid friendly and beach was uncrowded. It is easy to get around Bethany and neighboring towns from this location. The property was okay. It's a bit dated, but served the purpose well for vacation. Really served the purpose and met our expectations.
