Positive: Location was good, walking distance, around 10 min from Sannomiya station. A grocery (closes at 730pm) in front, a sento beside it with complimentary sento tickets you could use. They also provide slippers for inside and outside use which i find convenient (i don't have to wear shoes when going to the sento or grocery). Lockers for shoes and for bags but a suitcase wouldn't fit in it though. On weekends and holidays there's a breakfast service at their liquor shop nearby , 6am-11am, for 650 yen.

Positive: 1. Next to a small park, the trees and sunlights are great to be the view. 2. All the equipment in the room are sufficent and well maintained. 3. The free onsen ticket is wonderful, you can go to the onsen even in the midnight or very early in the morning, the hotel offers the shower gel, shampoo and towel. 4. It's in a quiet neighborhood, not far from the train station. 5. The host is nice and very good at English. 6. Easy check out.

Negative: Some may not like the noise from the crows in the morning, but it's ok for me. :P

Positive: Perfect location, just about 10 minutes walk to Sannomiya and Shin Kobe stations. Located in a very quiet but lovely neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable.

Negative: The rooms were located on the second floor of a shop so you could encounter noise and cigarette smoke from down stairs. The bathroom didn't look very comfortable to use. However you can use the sento for free next door

Positive: I bought too many things that were too heavy, and then I carried them around for too long, which caused my gluteal muscles to be injured, and I walked with a limp. After soaking in the hot spring for two days, I got better and now I am back to my country for treatment. This hot spring is fabulous. Thank you for the welcome drink~

Negative: I wish there could have a microwave....So I don't have to eat cold food all the time.

Positive: This is perhaps one of the best dormitories I’ve stayed in. The 4 beds are separated by partitions, and there’s a shared table space with a small pantry for light meals. The whole place feels spacious and not cramped at all. They even offer a voucher for the onsen next door, with towel, soap, and other amenities included. The owner is a super friendly guy who patiently explains everything in detail, even down to the indoor (white) and outdoor (black) slippers they provide. He’s also a great liquor collector, I got to try a few really nice from local distillery based on his recommendations. (not to mention your stay also includes a welcome drink !)

Negative: There were a few minor inconveniences, but nothing that affected my stay. Just a note: there are two “2no HOME & PARK” places on the same street, only 2 minutes apart. One is the reception and liquor bar (where you check in), and the other is a wine bar with the dorms upstairs. At night, there are often returning guests chatting with the owner — it’s a cozy vibe, but you might pass by them on your way in, especially if you’re not fully dressed, haha. Also, there’s no water dispenser or kettle provided.

Summary: well-thought-out dorm with great vibes, awesome owner, bonus onsen

Negative: Sometime those area can be noisy since people hanging out at the park. Wish they could provide an extra pillow
