Summary: This property is perfect for those interested in being off the beaten path and wanting to experience a more local feeling. The pool was great, but I do wish there had been more lounging chairs around the pool deck. Some of the chairs are broken and I almost fell while trying to sit down in a broken seat. I would have loved to have been able sunbathe around the pool. I also think since there was a whopping $350 cleaning fee that the front door could really use a good scrubbing. Overall though, everything was great. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had many useful things. The couches were cozy. The hour drive to Sanibel was a little longer than we expected, so just know the beaches are not near this property.

Summary: We stayed 4/24/2022 - 4/29/2022, we couldn't possibly be more satisfied with the whole experience. The house was beautiful, close enough to everything, but far-away enough to not be inconvenienced. The first floor kitchen/ living room with door out to pool was really nice. We were a pack of 6 humans, with dogs - This setup was perfect. No one was crowded, and plenty of roads and sidewalks if you wanted to explore. We will 100% be back again, assuming they will have us. Do Not Hesitate to stay, you won't regret it.

Summary: We needed a place to land while visiting family in the area and this Pine Island house was perfect! Very modern and clean with plenty of room for our family. The pool area was very nice as well. Would rent again for sure. Thank you!
