We also manage 1/75 Rocky Point Road so the extended family can book both properties and be close together and still have their own space.
The property features a dining area, kitchen, main bedroom, ensuite and laundry in the downstairs section and the living area, two bedrooms and main bathroom upstairs and free wi-fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with complete cooking facilities, family size fridge and microwave, there is also a internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and a dryer which is wall mounted in the garage. The main bedroom has a tiled floor and provides an ensuite with a shower, toilet, and vanity.
Upstairs is the living area with a split system air conditioner, Smart tv and a separate sitting area. The living area opens out onto the balcony so you can sit back and watch the world go by whilst enjoying the sounds of the waves rolling to the sand. Two bedrooms and the main bathroom are also located upstairs, the bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet, vanity.
Outside there is a fully enclosed courtyard area with a clothesline, and a gas bbq which is located in the single garage.
Fingal Bay is a coastal inlet which has clubs, restaurants, cafes, bottle shop, general store, and a pristine patrolled surf beach. Fingal Island is accessible via Fingal spit on a low tide, you can walk across to the island (taking all caution) to visit Fingal lighthouse and capture the amazing water views on offer. There are also an abundance of bush tracks and a 20-kilometre rocky coastline which is ideal for bush walking, fishing, and exploring.
