Come in enjoy the Oregon coast in this 3 bedroom, two bathroom house with open floor plan. This house sleeps 6 people comfortably with 3 queen size beds. There is living room and separate sitting area beside the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is well stocked for the cook in your party. There is a propane BBQ grill in the back for the griller in the family.
Come fishing, crabbing or maybe get a look at the herd of elk that often visit the neighborhood. Or just come to relax get away from the city.
We are located in quiet Bayside Gardens neighborhood in Nehalem. This house is 5 min drive away from Manzanita by car and about 15-20 to Rockaway. A perfect place to stay without paying the higher rental fees for Manzanita.

Summary: The house is very nice and spacious. Plenty of beds and seating. The property owner was very nice and helpful. The house is located near the bay and close to a gas station and surrounding communities. Would definitely stay here again. :)

Summary: The property manager was wonderful and the house was very spacious and it had a warm feeling. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Very clean home we all loved being there. Will definitely go back again

Summary: Nicely appointed, very clean, super soft beds (too soft actually; I took the foam mattress topper off my bed the 2nd night) with plenty of pillows, spare towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Washer and dryer available if we had needed them. It's a nice, quiet neighborhood of vacation homes (cheap but cute manufactured homes on expensive lots) within walking distance of the bay. We saw a herd of elk chilling in a lot a few houses down the block as we were coming back from a beach. The frogs serenaded us at night. It was a treat to stay at Tovar house.

Summary: We loved staying here. Bed was a little soft for us but that's a preference that changes from person to person. The home was very comfortable and felt like we were at home. Everything you would need is at the house already. Besides food of course. Games for the kids. Lots of towels and extra blankets. We will for sure be coming back! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Summary: Very reasonably priced with ability to house 6 comfortably, downright spacious for fewer. Nice quiet neighborhood that feels safe with walkable areas within HOA boundaries that include views of the bay/estuary. Wonderful access to natural features both coastal & inland for explorers.
