Summary: Received a call that the property that was originally booked was not clean due to party before us so we were moved to another house. We were told what to expect with the other house and it was PERFECT! It had enough space to have a little birthday party for my daughter and her suite mates! Great location as well.

Summary: Due to bad weather shortly before our stay, the house was no longer available so Mark put us in another one of his vrbo properties which was also a great house for our family!

Summary: Actually stayed at a different rental owned by Mark. This one was having a repair that was taking to long do he moved us to a different one. Was very clean and kept up, communication was good and check in said it was easy. Great stay.

Summary: Very easy check in, clean property and Mark went above and beyond with communication. I work from home and Wi-Fi is good. Definitely would stay again. The only thing I would mention is the neighbors dogs must live outside and bark a lot. But overall very good stay!

Summary: We made a quick trip to town and wanted to stay close to family this house fit the bill. Unfortunately this house was booked and their stay was extended. The host offered us a different property that was even better. Plenty of room for us to visit with our family and have meals together. Bed rooms were nice and spacious. We chose the hottest day to visit so the fan upstairs was nice. We will book again next time we are in town.

Summary: Actually we were there Thursday to Saturday. The accommodations were clean, well furnished with used stuff, nice big shower, watch the step up into the bath. Plenty of hot water. A/C wasn't working, windows difficult to open. Neighbor has a noisy dog, barks, they yell at it. Not pleasant between 2 and 4 AM. We were away most of the time during our stay. No written instructions or guidance, so you'll need a phone with apps or be traveling with someone that has one if you want to find out about things to do, where to eat or general info about the area. We weren't visiting for the accommodations, so it was adequate for our needs.

Summary: Chose this property when visiting family in the area with our dog and needed a pet friendly venue. The space was perfect size for us and was kept neat and clean. The neighborhood was so-so and there is only one bathroom upstairs. But inside was clean, well furnished kitchen and great shower upstairs. Parking was easy in front of house on street. Worked pretty well for our family and liked that we each had own bedroom.
