Positive: The house was spacious and well-equipped. The car parking space was extremely convenient. The highlight of the property however was the location; the view over the harbour was a real treat and watching the boats sailing about was quite captivating! Being so close to the village shop, pubs and foot passenger ferry (to Fowey) was very useful. The locals in the village were very friendly and the village shop stocked everything we needed.

Summary: Lovely cottage, excellent location with a fantastic harbour view.

Positive: Loved the property , very comfortable and clean. Everything you need Spectacular view

Negative: All great in cottage but the garden needs some attention and as it’s all about the view , it wasn’t the best place to sit out and enjoy it. The garden needs a good clean and tidy and the furniture just wasn’t great. Lots of rusty broken chairs . Gate was broken which we did report .

Positive: Very nice house with plenty of amenities . Very close to local shops, pubs and the ferry to Fowey. Fantastic views.

Negative: Minor details, it would of been nice to have a table and chairs outside to eat at and the shower in the ensuite room is not really useable for an adult.
