Negative: On arrival, I had to go looking around for the keys to the apartment as they not held by the building concierge, who was not onsite when we arrived Instructions on how to get the keys with in a pdf file that does not work on booking.coms Instructions. I had then to the telephone on booking.com 3 times to get Instructions on how to locate the keys. To me this not exceptable as keys should be on site and not in a location somewhere else. On arrival at the apartment , I looked around for any damages anywhere as I always do In the living room / kitchen , the following was found. One of the windows had a crack down the double glazed window when facing the window in the right-hand corner. Next, the door in the kitchen has a damaged handle which could lock you in the kitchen if no other person was with you. There are marks on the white table in the living room and also on the 4 seated table. Cutlery, we had I desert spoon to stir tea, etc, with so take your own Cutlery. On entering the twin room again in the right-hand window was also damaged and worse than the living. There is a TV but no channels if you want to watch TV.. The shower was really hard to get hot water, maybe some Instruction to help you have a decent shower. I don't usually complain, but a lot needs to be done for clients to refresh the apartment. I will advise anyone having a long weekend away or for booking longer to take photos on the day of arrival to cover you from any accusations . I have photos to cover all of the above
