Summary: This tidy 3-bedroom met all our needs. The beds were very comfortable and the living room had lots of natural light for reading. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. Having a washer and dryer meant we could pack light.

Summary: The house was not cleaned properly. The furnishings need updating. I put a sheet over the couch so I would not have to sit directly on it. Towels were old with bleach stains. Pillows were old and uncomfortable- went to buy a new one after my 1st night so I could sleep comfortably the rest of my stay. The location was good for my trip.

Summary: Didn’t appreciate the fact that we had to clean when we got there as the floors where not swept which meant they weren’t scrubbed as well.. there was spillage in the fridg and urine in the toilet..

Summary: House was perfect for my family of 4 adults. Great location near stores malls etc The host had soda, water, coffee and snacks for us when we arrived which was a great touch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Charolettesville.

Summary: This home was the perfect place to relax in during our visit to Charlottesville! Great location, easy check in, beautiful home. The beds are a little hard, but still comfortable. The owners left snacks and refreshments which was very much appreciated; as was the AC! We would definitely stay here again.
