Summary: My husband and i stayed here with my parents while we were in town to visit both of my grown children who live in the area. We were able to gather for visits very comfortably as a group of 8 for dinners and the 4 of us had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time in Dayton in the house each morning and afternoon. We will definitely stay here again while in the area.

Summary: We had a very nice stay. Perfect location for food, shopping, events, etc. The unit is in a very nice and well maintained area. We felt safe and at home. The check in an out process could not have been any easier-which is very appreciated. The furniture and appliances are in very nice shape. As other visitors have expressed, the property is well equipped for dining and relaxing.

Summary: We came to town to celebrate our uncle’s 100th birthday and needed a place close enough to everything but out of the mix where we could decompress. This location is spacious with a comfortable layout and warmly decorated. The appliances are new and useful. The kitchen and bathroom were both well equipped. The location is quiet with food and entertainment nearby. Our uncle’s birthday party was successful and our stay at this location was a great break from the crowd. Very pleased working with the host; very accessible and very nice.

Summary: Our family came in town for Thanksgiving with extended family. We hosted, and the kitchen was stocked with all that was needed and more. Kitchen has been updated with new appliances and the whole place was updated and comfortable. Many thanks!

Summary: This was a great house and appointed with everything needed. The kitchen was well stocked if you want to cook and the living room and dining room had plenty of comfortable seating. Osama was very responsive to our questions and available whenever we needed anything. House is situated in the middle of everything, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Summary: Pulling up I was a little nervous because the property looks older on the outside. However, the set up inside did not disappoint! Me and my buddies were in town for 3 days and this place was great. We relaxed on the comfy couches when we were waiting for our events. There is a nice shopping district right up the street, definitely walkable if you eat and drink to much. One of the better VRBO places I’ve stayed at!

Summary: We came down from Akron for the Renaissance Fair so this was a nice place to stay and only about 30 minutes from the event. This property was very nice and clean. Everything we needed was there and there was shopping close by. We will definitely keep this place in mind for next time.
