Summary: My wife and I took our two teenage daughters to a concert in Grand Rapids and this was a perfect place to stay! Quiet, clean and close to town. Check in was easy and the host was very responsive.

Summary: We all enjoyed our time at the castle. Apartment was clean and nicely decorated. 8th floor terrace was a great place to chill. Grounds were nicely kept for exploring. Others were friendly and helpful. Gym is on the 3rd floor. Pool area was not open yet. Only improvement that I could suggest would have an outline of what is accessible and where, in paper form etc. We found the gym and terrace by talking to other tenants.

Summary: We were very pleased with this property which we booked for a family visit. Location near main travel arteries made for quick access to points of interest. Rooms were clean, linens were fresh and everything worked as it should. Elevators were quick, ample parking and helpful tenants/staff. This apartment was tastefully decorated, with all the amenities we needed. Host was very accommodating and available as needed. Will stay there again when the opportunity presents itself.

Summary: Jesse was very helpful and great with communication! The three rooms had plenty of space and the area was very clean! The directions provided were very helpful! My friends and I had a great time staying here! It is just a short drive into the city! Thanks for a great stay! :)

Summary: The check-in process was seamless. The property has several entrances, so it makes it easier unloading and loading especially in the colder weather. The apartment was perfect for 6 adults and there were enough towels, rags. Loved the stay, loved visiting the game room and the library in this castle is amazing like reminded me of beauty and the beast :). Beautiful home thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy it while on our stay!
