Front Door – the front door and door from the garage have smart locks. We will email you your code one week prior to your arrival. The code will work only during the times indicated.
Garage code – will be emailed to you before arrival. There is a no overnight parking on the street, the driveway will accommodate 2 cars. Please observe this rule as you will be ticketed. For those renting monthly, we will have a garage remote available.
Pool – the pool is heated by solar energy. . It can keep the water temp around 80°- 90° depending on the weather.
Use the pool at your own risk, no diving.
Towels are located in hallway bath.
Long hair must be tied up as it will clog the filter.
Porch area - No glass bottles on the porch please. Please leave slider windows on side of porch open.
There is a propane grill outside on the porch.
Kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, oven, cooktop. There is water and ice thru door of refrigerator. There is a garbage disposal installed.
Living Room
There is a large flat screened TV with cable available. Couch and love seats have electric recliners.
Bedrooms - 3 bedrooms, Master with on-suite bath, contains a queen bed and large walk in closet.
Bedroom 2 - has a double bed.
Bedroom 3 - has two twin beds.
Bathrooms
There are 3 bathrooms. One en-suite attached to master with double sinks and walk in shower. Hallway bath with shower over tub. Outside full bath attached to porch with walk in shower.

Brand new washer and dryer located in garage.
For outside drying there is a PVC line at end of the pool area, also great for drying pool towels.
First Aid kit located in slide out pantry.

Summary: Not only was the house immaculate, the communication with the house owner I was great! My family had an unfortunate event happen after the deadline to cancel so we went but shortened our stay drastically. The house owner was very understanding and even refunded me 2 days with was not necessary at all but very appreciated! I recommend this house to anyone who likes a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to many stores!

Summary: This is an amazing location for pretty much anything relaxing, shopping, dining, and a great overall neighborhood, quiet and great for kids and for evening strolls. Doug has been very responsive to my questions, and the home was just perfect for the 3 of us. Much better than the pictures, we had amazing 10 days. Hope to return soon. Summary: This house was great for our summer getaway. It had more than enough space to accommodate all five of us (2 adults/3 children) and was fully stocked with everything we needed. Outside/pool: We spent most of our time in the pool and the outside bathroom was great. There was a small fridge for drinks and a lot of sitting space. There were plenty of pool toys as well. Kitchen: Fully stocked, didn't really need to buy anything (other than the food). But plenty of plates and glasses to us indoors and out. Rooms: All the rooms were spacious and very clean, with a lot of space to store things. Location: The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. There's a grocery store or two 5 minutes away. The restaurant variety isn't that great, but most of everything was within 20-25 minutes. We mostly stayed in the house and only went down to the Clearwater beaches for the mornings as they are an hour away, but there were small beaches nearby which were nice. Overall, wonderful place and will definitely look for it again for our next getaway.

Summary: This home is incredibly roomy, comfy, CLEAN, convenient, and just unbelievably PERFECT!!! We are seriously considering making an offer to buy the house (even though they would be nuts to sell it)! The house, the town, and the location are all fabulous; so much so that, I am second-guessing writing this review because I don’t want to lose out to any future competition.

Summary: No issues whatsoever. Smooth communication with the owner. House is situated in clean, quiet neighborhood with close distance to essential stores and restaurants. Property with large pool is well maintained. My family was very happy with this rental.

Summary: The house was beautiful! When we arrived it was clean and organized. Everything was labeled and it had everything we needed for our stay. The pool water was very nice and the perfect temperature for swimming. The added bathroom near the pool was also a nice plus. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay!
