Summary: Excellent apartment, one of five in old church conversion. Jill the owner greeted us on arrival and only lived next door if we had any queries, very helpful, although all communication was by phone due to Covid -19 restrictions. Summary: The only downside for us was not having an outside space for the dog, but we were aware of this prior to booking. It was a comfortable and warm apartment, with plenty of kitchen and laundry equipment. The gas log effect heater in the living room was very useful for quickly heating you up on a cold or wet day, and we didn’t need the heating on in the other rooms. Our dog Teddi loved sitting looking out the window to the loch and watching the world go by, but enjoyed swimming in it more! Lots of local walks from the door. We loved the food in the Plockton Inn which is just across the road.

Summary: The only negative comment is that the location could have been better described. Someting like "Large white building, 50m past the Plockton Inn on opposite side of the road with parking accessed from the rear". There is no name on the building and the fact that it's divided into 5 is only obvious after you get inside. Once there the accommodation is great and the location splendid.

Summary: Loved our 4 night break at the Holt. Jill is a lovely host and is right next door if you need her. The flat is incredibly comfortable and very cosy. Everything you need in the kitchen. Loads to do in the surrounding area and fantastic eateries within walking distance.

Summary: Well located property in the centre of the village close to the pier/shore front. Clean and well equipped. No corner shop/supermarket as such in the village so be organised with your supplies before you arrive and your stay with be perfect.
