Summary: We commend the responsiveness of the property hosts but their description of the property services were misleading in one respect. There is no bed linen or towels. A small point for some but for those travelling by air it is unlikely they will wish to pack this! The property description is misleading in this respect. The property itself is fine and truly enjoys a great view. This said the Cap Benat is a gated community which for us had a touch of house arrest about it. Those parts accessible to the sea were not great and surpassed by beaches outside and a short distance east and west. We enjoyed this part of the South of France, But who would not? Nice as the villa was there are alternatives which will suit some families better. Not a criticism of the property hosts who were considerate and professional but there is a great deal of choice in this area and we probably made the wrong one.
