Summary: Check in was easy and communication never faltered. Place was very clean and accommodating. Kitchen was FULLY stocked. View was amazing and close to town. We liked the speaker that was provided. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Super happy and it gave us exactly what we needed and that was to just relax! Will definitely book again, most likely in the summer or fall. 20/10 stars.

Summary: We loved out stay , everything was as listed, cleanliness, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and cozy. Feel like a home.Beautiful sunrise view, peaceful and quiet. The communication with the owner was excellent, responded to our questions immediately, you feel they really care for their guests. We will come back for a sure.

Summary: Had a great stay while visiting Shenandoah park. Amazing sunrise views from the deck and roasting marshmallows on the fire pit. Super quiet and out of the way, which is good and bad. David and Becky were great with communication and gave helpful directions on getting to the house. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: Very clean and well kept property with sizable rooms and clean appliances. We enjoyed the luxury of included roku and close access to luray and skyline. Would stay again.

Summary: Cozy place that's close to so much. The amazing views are truly what made it so great. The only negative was a noisy neighbor. The nearby homes were not an issue except when one decided to play lod music several days in a row. This was obviously out of the control of the homeowner. Otherwise... great place!

Summary: This is our second time staying at Grand View and we hope to visit again! The house is so clean and cozy. The king sized bed in the master is really comfortable! The view is just amazing and my favorite thing to do was sit on the deck with a cup of hot tea and enjoy the fresh air and view.
