Summary: Home was cosy and spacious. Very private and we loved how cold the aircons were and how comfortable the beds were. A large TV in the lounge was a huge hit for my kids. Also worth mentioning that we did not hear one plane during our 3 days stay considering the airport is close by. Just needs some maintenence as the refrigerator wasn't cold enough both fridge and freezer struggled. Toilet struggled to flush thus causing a clog. Separate to the maintenance i found it extremely difficult to get a hold of the owner or manager of the property on two occassions. Prior to booking and also via email to potentially extend our stay. It seems we were communicated by an automated email system. I would definitely stay again as this was convenient and a family orientated home.

Summary: Would totally book this property again. Whilst being conveniently located close to the airport and on the main road to the airport, I found that at nights the sound of the traffic was next to none due to minimal or no flights. Kitchen well set up. Huge TV. Washing machine, but no dryer. Dried quick on clothesline. Garage for off street parking. Excellent communication from host before, during and after stay. Dolce Gusto coffee pod machine (bring your own pods). 6 min drive to Castletown Shopping Centre. Very easy drive to navigate to hospital/JCU about 10min.

Summary: We stayed for a weekend to visit friends and get a break from the wet in Brisbane. The house is simple and pleasant, but needs a little maintenance on the internal fixtures (bathroom door latch and AC in the bedrooms), but was a great base for our short time away.

Summary: We were very happy with our stay in the 3 bedroom home. there were 3 of us staying here so plenty of living space for us. The place is close to the airport but we could hardly hear the planes. In fact the whole area seemed very quiet so it really suited our requirements. The house is fully airconditioned but the box a/c units in the bedrooms get very noisy so had to shut them down in order to get a decent sleep. Overall we really enjoyed the comfortable stay and will look to stay here again when we go to Townsville.

Summary: Was a pleasant stay, we did experience a general plumbing problem but the property manager was easily contactable and had the situation sorted quickly with no distractions. No real noise from the airport and how close it is to the house, except for the Army Jets & helicopters taking off but this was more of a spectacular experience
