3 Bedroom Condo in Villages of Five Points, Lewes

This 2nd floor 3 bedroom condominium is located in the amenity filled Villages of Five Points Community with access to tennis courts, swimming pools, walking trails and easy access to the Rehoboth/Lewes/Georgetown bike path.
All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.
This property does not allow pets
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

Summary: Great location near grocery store, bike path, and restaurants and bakeries. Rooms were nice and the kitchen was well stocked. The third bedroom was very small, with a trundle bed, but it worked for us. The location is on the second floor with no elevator and there was always plenty of parking.

Summary: This was an amazing place. We primarily went to Rehoboth Beach which was about a 20 minute drive. The pool was perfect for the kids. Had a couple of hick-ups but the property manager had everything fixed quickly. All in all would suggest this space to anyone.

Summary: The property is excellent with two little problems: It is second floor with no elevators,so moving luggage in and out is a pain, and the toilets are very low - not great for seniors. The village has most of what you might need- excellent lunch place, grocery store and more. We would stay there again, but on the first floor.
