Positive: Location was excellent and the check-in very simple (although google maps couldn't find the address). Liked the local amenities and the fact it was away from the centre of the club
Negative: There were quite a few minor practical issues with the house e.g. lack of soaps, dishwasher tablets, bin liners & crockery. Various bulbs were gone. None of these issues were significant, just didn't feel like the house was well cared for.

Positive: Management company (Roberto) was very helpful from start to finish. He was acting on behalf of the owners. The terraced townhouse not a villa was very clean.
Negative: The air conditioning in the lounge and bedroom two was leaking when we arrived. There was an awful smell from the drains in the ensuite bathroom and we were bitten a lot by mosquitoes in that bedroom. There wasn't enough cutlery for 6 people. One of the mugs had a crack and leaked liquid so we had to replace that. No wooden utensils for the kitchen so had to use metal on pans. There were no sunbeds around the pool or in the home and the owners are not willing to buy any (this should be on the particulars when booking as I think it would put a lot of people off. We asked the management to get some but they were unable. I resorted to putting a note on local community facebook page and some kind lady from a wonderful villa up the road let us borrow some, We had to pick these up in our own car!!!
