Eco-friendly design, light filled open floorplan & top to bottom premium fixtures and finishes. Large back patio! Designated off-street parking pad.
Close to everything (restaurants, park, water taxi, bus stop, kayak rentals, bike rentals, scooter rentals). Great, friendly neighbors. Very safe, but home security is also provided for peace of mind. Vivint home security - no cameras in-home.
Aside from the designated parking in the back for one car. There is also free street parking that is typically widely available in the neighborhood. There is a bus stop around the corner (<3min walk). The water taxi is near for a 10 minute ride across (visit Pike Market and walk around the piers).
