Summary: Nice older home that has been remodeled and decorated nicely. Only 7 minutes from Kemah boardwalk area. Great value for the price and met our needs. Our only complaint was (due to weather) the door stuck really bad and we couldn't lock it while away because we were concerned we wouldn't be able to get back in! Host was very responsive and kind.

Summary: The house is an older home that was refurbished nicely with great mattresses, nice appliances and fine furniture. Be aware that the master bedroom has glass doors that allow viewing from the living room. We opted to take the queen bedroom so we could close our door and allowed our adult son who was with us for a few days to have the king bed in the master bedroom. It was a strange set up.

Summary: A beautiful older home updated. Lovely pocket doors for the master bedroom and also going towards the back of the house to the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The lawn did need to be mowed. We were very careful stepping on the porch, where the “Watch Your Step” label was because of some soft or weak boards. All in all, the whole family enjoyed their stay.
