Summary: The House was great! No complaints from our stay at all! We even left something on accident and the host was very kind and diligent to help us find an option to retrieve it! Would definitely come back to stay again!

Summary: We stayed for two days and enjoyed it. It’s a cute little house - older because it’s located in downtown, so don’t expect a luxury stay in a modern house. But it was comfortable and the space was charming. And can’t beat the rate… Downtown can seem a little sketchy, but the house is very well lit and we felt safe staying there - though I wouldn’t recommend wandering around at night. Homeowner was also very kind and prompt in responding. We would stay here again if we ever came back to Witchita.

Summary: Reasonable place to stay, but definitely need photos to accurately display the unusual stature of add-on areas to home and the bathrooms that are in desperate need of repair and cleaning, particularly the upstairs. With slanted ceiling, the shower curtain was cut and didn’t cover the shower, stay in place, keep water from major overflow to the floor, and had mold all over them. The window curtain/rod (straight in front of the toilet—at floor-level) did not stay in place or have correct attachment pieces to stay in place, leaving highly uncomfortable exposure. There was no trash can, Kleenex, or hand towels anywhere upstairs. The neighborhood/area in general is quite questionable. One member stayed awake much of night, due to neighbors with verbal conflict from 2-5am both nights of stay, revving vehicles, and domestic disputes. Significant number of unhoused persons roaming the area.
