3 Bedroom House in Wichita Falls

Welcome to our 3 bedroom home located right across the street from Midwestern State University's campus! This location is perfect for any family members from out of town looking to come in and visit their family member who is attending the university! You will not even need to get into your car as the campus is right across the street!
This house is also a great option for any other reason that may bring you to Wichita Falls! Being located right across the street from MSU means that you are centrally located in town.
The house is a 3 bedroom home with two bathrooms. The master room comes equipped with a king bed and has its own attached bathroom with a stand up shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom both come with queen beds and share a common bathroom in the hall that has a tub/shower combo.
There is plenty of parking behind the house in front of the garage with two additional carport style covered spots. A clothes washer (cold water only) and dryer are located behind the house in a separate laundry out house. We also have a small run right outside the back door that leads to a fenced-in back yard for your dog(s) if you are traveling with any! Pets require a pet fee and are accepted pending home owner's approval.
High speed internet is available as well as a TV in the living room with access to a fire cube (Netflix and Amazon Prime).

Summary: This was my 3rd stay at this property while attending a Starting Strength seminar. It's always a very busy weekend, and this house is a welcome, quiet respite a mile from the gym.
