3 Bedroom House in Stuart Park

A private & secure three-bedroom, two-Storey townhouse close to the city with all the comforts of home - sleeps 7 persons (1 x King Size Bed, 1 x double Bed, and 2 x Single Beds and 1 x single bed), plus a new hot tub/spa in the courtyard (with cover). There is an additional small folding bed downstairs, so we can accommodate 8 people in total if required. Ensuite plus a main bathroom upstairs, including a toilet/powder room downstairs.
Secure lock-up garage and on-site free parking for all guests.
Check-in time is 2pm. Check-out time is 10am. Should you require a later check-out time, please contact us to see if it is available. If available, it will be billed at $10/hour in addition to your booking fee.
If it's privacy and flexibility of entry you are after, you will enjoy our self-service key box for fast check-in & out (access code is advised a week prior to your travel date).
Also available is fast and free (fibre to the node) NBN, Internet WIFI, and a large smart TV suitable for holidays, business & visiting family and friends.
A port-a-cot & child gates for the stairs are available to those travelling with young ones at no cost, as well as a highchair, baby bath and baby capsule for your vehicle for the period of your stay. if needed. Please ask when booking so your needs can be accommodated.
Pets are allowed on request. However only on the ground floor or in the external courtyard, plus a $100 extra cleaning fee will apply in all cases.
For relaxing outdoors, we have a private rear courtyard (paved) with a private spa, plus outdoor seating and a fantastic Weber Family Q BBQ supplied all gassed up and ready for your steak and sausages.
This unique property is conveniently located within a 5-minute drive from the heart of the Darwin CBD, Waterfront Precinct and both Parap Markets (Saturday morning only) and Mindil Beach Sunset Markets (Thursday and Sunday afternoons during the Dry Season).

Summary: This house was spacious, clean and had good air-con (essential at this time of year!) The house actually is much better than the photos suggest. The location is 5 mins to everywhere. I'd stay again if in Darwin.

Summary: This property was very lovely. Easy access off the Stuart Hwy in a quiet neighbourhood with the need for only short little drives everywhere we wanted to go in Darwin. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We landed in NT as they announced a 3 day lockdown, which was great for us as we got to use the spa and relax for 3 days before heading out to see the sights. The boys of the group did conquer one of the jigsaw puzzles during lockdown. It was a great stay, everything was clean and a nice surprise to have milk, bread cheese etc supplied for the first day. It was great to come home to put on the aircon or ceiling fans and they all worked excellent. Also a BBQ on site and we used that alot. Beds and pillows very comfy. Great location, a small IGA store in walking distance and a longer walk will get you to the Botanical Gardens and Mindil Beach. Would stay again.

Summary: The property was clean, tidy, well equipped and very comfortable (especially the beds!) Great for a large family or group of friends. Very close to the city with botanical gardens, corner store, tavern and a couple of cafe's within walking distance. Stewie made sure all our needs were met and we were well informed. Absolutely perfect!

Summary: The property is a tucked away townhouse very conveniently located near the Darwin city centre. The outside doesn't give away how nice the place actually is. All amenities that I would need were there, and the modern look to the place made it a very enjoyable stay. The host Stewart was very prompt with his responses, and very accomodating to whatever we asked. Couldn't ask for a better place for what we paid, and could ask for a better host. Highly recommended
