Positive: Excellent location though parking restricted to one car. Kitchen well supplied, though we only ate breakfast there so have to assume it all works.
Negative: Be aware that you will be asked for a security deposit and passport (or similar) photo before being allowed in. (I missed this on the booking details). Never before have I been asked for a deposit, and identity proof only where it is legally required (some continental countries). Totally unnecessary and annoying! Bathrooms are devoid of anywhere to hang anything and have no shelves to put things on. Bathroom area could be cleaner. Sofa badly stained, likely needs a professional clean to improve appearance.
Summary: A little form over function. Stylish however some of the basic amenities could be improved.

Positive: Clean, spacious, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, everything worked as it should, quiet location. Perfect accommodation in its category. Pleasant and immediate communication with the host. I can recommend this apartment for sightseeing or business trip.
Negative: Small wish: At least one electrical plug adapter for non-UK (current EU) electrical devices would be nice :-)

Positive: The property is spacious. The kitchen, bathroom, and living space were all well maintained, and towels and linens were clean and fresh. The apartment’s location is fantastic—right in the heart of Hampshire and within easy reach of shops, restaurants, and attractions. The host was responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions for check-in and being available to answer any questions I had. Upon my request, the host delivered a hair dryer to me.
Negative: Occasionally, some bees come into the flat from the garden.

Negative: Grass needed cutting at the back but didn’t affect our stay.

Positive: I liked the area, lots todo. Puffin stays staff was excellent.
Negative: There's lots of little things, really. 1- CCTV in the garden ( bearing in mind there's one on the garage and front of the property so it's fully secured) the one that veiws the back garden is quite distress as with children ( hot weather with just nappy on) it's all being recorded witch isn't nice. The master bedroom ensuite - shower blocks and the overflows ever 2-3 minutes, so you have to stop showering and wait for it to drain, then start again. Main Bathroom - s hower, the head of the shower is blocked with limescale witch produces all the water out of the right side witch gose all up the wall and you have to turn the head right up to make it go over you. Washing machine - absolutely stuck all our washing ( drains need clearing and cleaning) we had to head to tescos to pay for clothing for us all. TVs - with no Tvs in bedrooms this effect children quite massively and then requires a quite stressful break away as 85% of children is this day of age require Television to chill and fall asleep but without takes hours to get them asleep, this was my error for not fully checking before booking but this one take as a recommendation. Noise - On Thursday, on our arrival, we noticed builders next door (right facing looking backing garden to the property), which was fine. But they work till 6-7pm and returned Friday and Saturday ( this was good Friday and Easter weekend ). The noise wasn't drastic but noticeable when spending time in the garden and had to retreat elsewhere. Puffin stays staff was great fron the start to finish. The problem lies with the owners keeping up with maintaining the property. On this note, we won't be returning next month or the forseen but may well stick with puffin stays other property's.
