Summary: Upon arrival the property was as seen in the listing. Family friendly place, crabbing was fun and close to the beach. The house had most amenities needed. The property manager was friendly and attentive. Overall we had a nice stay, my only complaint is that for the amount of the cleaning fee I would have expected the place to be spotless and it was not. Oh, and you do not have control over the thermostat, it is pre set to 73 degrees I believe. If you’re an always hot/cold person this can be inconvenient.

Summary: We rented this home for a baseball weekend in Manahawkin. It FAR exceeded our expectations! The home itself is lovely with many amenities, upgrades and charming “beach” decor. The best part of the home, in my opinion is out back on the lagoon! Our boys kayaked, paddle board, fished off the dock and made s’mores and hot dogs in the fire pit. We made a quick 20 minute drive to LBI for the day as well which was very convenient to get to. Highly recommend this home for a peaceful relaxing get away! Bonus: the property manager was quick to respond and very accommodating with our timing and schedule. Hope to be back one day!

Summary: Even nicer in person than in photos. Kayaks were great for family use. Neighbor perfect for morning run. Conveniently located to Walmart, Walgreens, and restaurants. 25 min drive to AC for daughter's bball tournament at convention center and outlet shopping.
