Bluewater House has 4 bedrooms plus 4 bathrooms with private pool on a plot of 600 m²
Blue Waters is in a quiet coastal residential area, and is a holiday for 2 families or grandparents / parents / children.
It has a large private pool and a magnificent view of the bay of Palma. A spacious terrace and plenty of space around the pool for sunbathing, resting, eating and grilling.
Blue Waters is by car about 15 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from the city of Palma.
The pool has the dimensions of 11m x 5m and has a water depth of 1.4 m to 1.8 m.
There are sunbeds around the pool and a large dining table (8/10 people) with an awning.
In addition, a sunshade and a sun lounger.
There is another terrace on the input side with a seating area and low table, ideal for a drink before dinner.
Alternatively, can be played here also table tennis. (Table tennis, rackets and balls are available)
House description:
Upstairs - 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All 4 bedrooms with air conditioning.
Two bedrooms with king size beds, air-conditioning ", satellite TV and en-suite bathroom. The other two double rooms have two single beds in each with air conditioning. For the two rooms there is a shared separate bathroom.
Ground floor - has a living / dining room with access to a large covered terrace. The living room / dining room has air situation. There is a dining room table with 8 chairs, large corner sofa and a television with satellite TV.
The covered terrace has an additional table with 8 chairs, of which one has a magnificent view of the bay.
Ground floor - has a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc. From the kitchen there is access to the utility room with washing machine.
Ground floor - has another bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.
Blue Waters is etc walk 3 minutes from the nearest restaurants, bars, supermarket, banks, pharmacy and a small collection of shops, including hairdresser, newsagent, hardware store, bakery, boutique.
There are just a 4 minutes to the nearest bus stop, but a rental car is recommended.
Blue Waters is 4 km from the nearest beach (Cala Blava) and 6 km from the Playa de Palma beach with its 5. 5 km long sandy beach.
The Aqualand water park is at 5 km and the Palma Aquarium is 13 km away.
great snorkeling about 1. 3 km away and the Puig de Ros (Mhares Beach Club) about 5 km to the rocks in Badia Blava.
The Maioris golf course is 4 km away (5 minutes by car). The famous beach of Es Trenc is only 30 km (25 minutes by car).
The Non smoking property is suitable for long-term tenants with children. Furthermore, pets are not allowed.

Summary: We were two families with teenage children staying at Harald's beautiful home. The place was amazing, really clean, spacious and with everything we required during our stay. The house is within walking distance of a small town center or commercial center where you can find restaurants, a grocery shop and pretty much everything you need. Palma is easily reached and so is the airport. We would definitely consider going back for a relaxing holiday!

Summary: We stayed at Bluewaters in Badia Gran for 10 days. The villa was superb with a fantastic pool. It was a short walk to a supermarket and restaurants. We would recommend Luada Blue Restaurant.

Summary: We loved our stay. The property is fantastic, very well equipped and in very good condition. The pool area is large and provides many outdoor seating / eating options. There are some very nice restaurants in the area and very reasonably priced. We would definitely go back. Harald and Claudia replied to all our questions promptly. Thanks for a great family holiday.

Summary: Harald and Claudia were both amazing hosts, quick to respond to any queries. We had an amzing stay and the villa is spacious, clean and all done to a very high spec with some amazing views. The pool area is very large and the pool itself is big enough for the largest of familys. There are a few really good, reasonably priced restaurants within a short walk together with a supermarket and pharmacy. everything you need is available close to the villa We would highly recommend this villa and would deifnitley return. Thank you Harald and Claudia.

Summary: We spent two weeks in villa Blue waters. It is a beautiful spacious villa with all comforts and a splendid pool area. We made an excellent choice! Malou and Luis was our local contacts. They where charming and took good care of us. The owners Harald and Claudia has also been very kind and helpful in our contacts preparing for the holiday. The villa is located at Badia Gran about 20 minutes from the airport. Its a calm village. Two minutes walk to supermarket and local restaurants. By bus it takes an hour to Palma and by car 25 minutes. If you want sandy beaches a car is necessary. We recommend platja S'amarador, Es Trenc and Cala pi. There are also tennis, paddle tennis and a golf course just minutes away with the car. We've highly recommend villa Blue waters. It's the best villa we ever stayed in!
