This newly renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is in NorthEast Minneapolis, known as the Arts District. A block away from the Mississippi River and walking distance from bars, breweries, and restaurants.
The apartment is a lower unit of a duplex and has a nice calming feel to it. It has an eat-at kitchen island and a nice open feel. All three bedrooms have queen size memory foam mattresses with with hypoallergenic, waterproof protectors with plenty of sheets, pillows and blankets. The kitchen is pretty much fully stocked so can cook anything you'd like. It has a full size stainless oven/stove, microwave, french press, & tea kettle, dishes, and utensils.

Summary: We enjoyed staying at this property. The northeast neighborhood is nice and quiet, conveniently close to downtown Minneapolis via a bus line that passes in front of the house. There are several good restaurants/bars within 4-5 blocks. The house itself is a work in progress, but the beds were very comfortable.

Summary: Very comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. Nice place for a younger group. We are middle aged and had an older adult with us. A few improvements are needed for asessibility: 1) Hand rail on front steps, bushes trimmed. 2) standard toilet ( this one was about 5 inches from ground, not bolted. 3) tub is high sided and slippery (even a shower mat would have helped). Ideal would be a walk in shower. Finally, the house sleeps six but there is very little seating in living / kitchen area. We would stay again if the above was remedied. If the above is ok for you, recommed. Walking distance to a few resturants.

Summary: The house is old, but nicely decorated and appropriate for the price. We were nervous about the crime rate in Minneapolis and this being in an older neighborhood, but it never felt unsafe. We spent (2) nights and enjoyed many sights in NE Minneapolis without any issues. The occupant upstairs is up very early and doesn't stop walking until late evening. You can really hear the foot steps....again it's an older house. The apartment has plenty of room for (3) people, but we would have liked more seating for watching the Packers lose the playoff game. The place is clean, but not under furniture, in corners, or in kitchen drawers.

Summary: My sisters and I rented the place for a girls night. The check in process was very easy. The porch door was open and then you enter the code to the door on the right. The living room was bigger than expected from the pictures,which was a plus. At first Glace the place is exceptional but walking around there are little issues with cleaning and such. There was hair, spiderwebs, and I think popcorn that wasn't cleaning up and many left behind things in the fridge (some good some probably not) some of the blinds are broken and the door knob on the last room door completely fell off, as well as the coffee pot handle looks like it endured a fire. The other reviews about noise seemed true. You can hear foot steps upstairs but I'm sure we weren't the quietest either and the toilet is very loud when you flush. Other than that and the fact that all the extra fees about triple the price it was a very nice, spacious place that I would consider again in the future. It is also equipped with your regular dishes and wine glasses
