Summary: This was a perfect location for my son and I to prepare to move into CCSU We are from California so the location/ conveince was perfect. Quite neighborhood. The living area was a bit uncomfortable for relaxing, but the beds were extremely comfortable for a good nights rest. If you dont mind staying on a second floor with two flights of stairs , it is perfect 👌

Summary: One room had no light and the refrigerator did not work. Let the owner know and they brought to extension cords. Electrician came out but could not fix it. I did not like how she was looking all in my van at us nor her response to my messages! Hopefully if you get this VRBO you won’t have any children or extra guests as I was informed it’s $35 extra per person!

Summary: The property is exactly as described! We stayed there while visiting family in rocky hill, only about 20 minute drive which is perfect. It’s an older home, and that adds character to the place. We found the kitchen to be well appointed, even with olive oil and coffee filters. This is on a second floor, so be aware of that. There is a grocery store 2 minutes down the road. We had an issue with the shower head, and it was resolved within a couple hours, very responsive host. We much appreciated staying here and will consider again next time we come to town!

Summary: Clean with updated decor. The entrance for guests was a disappointment, however, with a broken up blacktopped parking area and run-down, busted windowed shed; glass on the ground in area to walk my dog for potty time. Entry halls and stairs were never finished with much-need paint or stain and other trim work.. Very grubby; it felt like we entered a public housing project! Very uncomfortable. Yet, apartment rooms were clean with nice towels, etc.. However, some finishing work, paint touch-ups were needed there also. A real mixed bag of feelings about our stay.

Summary: Tl;dr: nice place, hosts use strange costing-model for charging guests that we didn't realize until we were on site. Location is clean, the beds were comfortable, the WiFi is adequate, there is good parking, and the location is fair. Yet, we did run into a couple of little things that did impact our perceptions of this property and experience at this location: 1. First, there were electrical issues in the kitchen and at least one code violation. 2. We were missing little things like doorknobs on our closest doors, for example. 3. Finally, the listing didn't disclose video surveillance on the premises, which my wife and I feel should've been disclosed in the listing. The last item did cause us, and our host, some consternation. This listing markets itself as being able to host 8 people (easily more like 6). Yet, We booked for my wife and myself since the rest of our family didn't have an account with Vrbo. We were informed that after reviewing their video of our arrival, that we'd have to pay extra PER PERSON in addition to our house fee for liability purposes. Even though we struggled with the hosts' marketing practices, we still think this place is nice.
