Positive: Accommodation was grand. Glad I didn't pay more. Location was good but the general feel of the estate was rundown. I am originally from Carrick so felt safe but if I arrived into similar estate in a town I didn't know i would not have felt safe. House could do with serious update. Horrible covering at back garden that let in no light. House was warm. I wouldn't choose to go back here.
